Candidates are students who have met the eligibility requirements and completed the application process but have not yet been formally initiated. During the candidacy period, you will participate in service, professional, and chapter activities as outlined in the XP Program.
Once you successfully complete these requirements and maintain the academic standards, you will be formally initiated as a Member of Beta Alpha Psi during the initiation ceremony. Members are recognized nationally, enjoy the full privileges of BAP, and must continue meeting GPA and participation standards to remain in good standing.
To remain in good standing after initiation, members must:
Maintain the GPA requirements listed above
Fulfill chapter service and professional activity hours each semester (see the XP Program for more information)
Actively participate in meetings and events (see the XP Program for more information)
Verify Eligibility: Confirm your major/minor and GPA requirements.
